Starting with the official "launch date" for the Vibrant Life eCourse system, all purchases of any of the products made exclusively by or for Vibrant Life will provide ONE POINT for each dollar paid for the purchase.
(The administrative system for handling this has also not been created, but we can always do this manually -- even without an automatic system. In other words, even if we don't automatically award points for purchases, we can always go back to the certain date and figure purchases since then -- to award points when requested for use. Also, points will be inserted into a person's "student account" but only when that account has been created by the student.)
This includes, generally, all products with a Vibrant Life label, including all MSM products, even when MSM is bought in large bulk quantities. The points are earned for the actual price paid, plus any shipping charges and taxes.
For instance we have some customers who purchase MSM in ton quantities, with one purchase that could easily be over $10,000.
Yes, they earn points for the amount paid, even for these large purchases. It will be up to them to find a way to use or transfer them.
A $10,000 purchase earns 10,000 study points for that buyer.
Vibrant Life sells more Life Glow Plus than all other products combined -- this product is definitely covered by the award of study points for each paid purchase.
For instance, a very common purchase of four bottles of Life Glow Plus may cost the customer $150, plus shipping of, say, $8.00. This total purchase of $158.00 would generate the earning of 158 study points.
We will make a "presumption" of payment when an order is placed, even open account or COD. If, for any reason some purchase is not paid, or the credit card is used, but then reversed, the points that had been awarded for that purchase will be "reversed" out of the account for the person.
This system does not apply to products which are sold by Vibrant Life, but are made for and by others, such as any products that happen to be MLM products (Transfer Factor, for instance), or a product like "Clark's Minerals" which are sold by other companies as well as Vibrant Life. These products represent less than 5% of our total sales.
This award system does NOT apply to past purchases, but only to purchases made on or after the official "launch date" of the Vibrant Life eCourse System. (That date has not yet been designated as of the date at the top of the page.)
Referral Program
Vibrant Life will soon launch a "Referral Program." Study points can be earned for various levels of participation in the Referral Program. That program is not yet finalized, or active, as of the date at the top of the page, but it is described here.
Transfer Program
Once a person has paid for, or earned, study points, he or she may give or sell those points to any other person. Any form of "transfer" is OK for the Transfer Program.
Points are never redeemable for cash, whether purchased for cash, earned, or received by transfer.
Once a person receives points by transfer, he may re-transfer them.
Transfers (or re-transfers) will involve a manual adjustment in the Vibrant Life records and there will be a small fee for this service.
Transfers may be made before a person has registered as a student on this web site and the transfer will be finalized once the person has registered as a student. Each "student" on this web site has a "student account" that holds the points he has paid for, received by transfer, or earned. His student account must hold points in excess of the "cost" for any eCourse selected. The student account is automatically reduced for any eCourse selected for study and there is no reversal of this action.
Once an eCourse is selected, it is available for the student for the indefinite future, either to start or to restart or to do on a repeated basis. It would be unethical for a person to select an eCourse and then allow some other person to "use" his user name and password to take that eCourse.
Vibrant Life employees may be awarded study points direct from the Company. These points may not be further transferred to anyone.
Study 101 -- How To Use A Dictionary
The Study 101 eCourse must be paid by the actual student, in cash. Neither earned points, nor points received by transfer may be used to select Study 101.
Study 101 is considered the most important eCourse offered. This eCourse requires considerable motivation on the part of the student to "follow the rules" and persist with all the study and quiz segments to a successful completion. The fact that this eCourse is relatively expensive to select, and that there is no refund, is an important part of the student's motivation to persist with and complete the eCourse.
Even though a person has, himself or herself, purchased Vibrant Life products, and has accumulated study points in this way he is still not eligible to use those points for Study 101. It is essential that the person doing THIS eCourse has paid, personally, for the cost of the eCourse, with points purchased with cash.
Keep in mind that although the cost of this eCourse is deliberately quite high, to provide a real motivation for completing the eCourse, once started, there is an extremely attractive reward of Vibrant Life products for successful completion of this eCourse.
Even though Study 101 must be paid for, by the student, with points purchased by cash, other eCourses are not subject to this restriction. Study 102, for instance, Habit and Repetition, is a very intense course, requires a great deal of persistence, like Study 101, but it CAN be selected with earned points or points received by transfer.
